Pizza Sauce
15 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
1 - 2 T of olive oil
1 T oregano
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp paprika (adjust for hotter pizza sauce)
1 1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2-1 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
1/8 – 1/4 tsp turns on pepper grinder
1/8 - 1/4 salt
Put it all in a blender and blend!
This makes a lot of pizza sauce. The number of pizzas this covers depends on sauce preferences.
